Brad neighbor Municipal Court is holding walk-in dockets beginning in October 2022
What does this mean?
Any defendant with a case in Brad Neighbor Municipal Court is eligible to appear before a judge during an open "walk-in" court to resolve outstanding citations or warrants, without fear of arrest.
Exceptions (not eligible)
- Juveniles unaccompanied by a parent or guardian
- Family violence cases
